The short, honest version of the fine print.

FVeda is an educational simulator. The $10,000 you trade with is virtual. No real money is ever deposited, invested, moved, or at risk inside FVeda. We are not a broker, a bank, an exchange, or an investment adviser, and nothing in the app opens a real trading account anywhere.

The budgeting feature is a notebook: you type transactions or locally read a CSV or text-based PDF statement to see income and spending clearly. FVeda never connects to your bank, uploads the original statement, or touches the money you record.

Lessons, Daily Pulse notes, market data, and the AI coach exist to teach concepts. How markets, risk, and money habits work. They are general education, not recommendations tailored to you.

The coach is deliberately built to never tell you to buy or sell any specific asset. If it ever appears to, treat that as a malfunction, not advice. For decisions about real money, talk to a licensed professional in your country.

Coach replies are generated by AI language models. They can be outdated, incomplete, or simply incorrect, and they carry no guarantee of accuracy. Use them to build understanding, then verify anything important from primary sources.

Prices and charts come from third-party sources: Alpaca, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, and Finnhub. Data may be delayed or cached and can be temporarily replaced by reference values when those sources are unavailable. It is for learning only. Never rely on it to time or execute real trades.

An account is required to open the interactive product. Your email address and app data are stored with our database provider (Supabase) so you can sign in from other devices. They are protected so that only your account can read or change them. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.

When you select a CSV or text-based PDF statement, the original file is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded. Only transaction rows you review and confirm become part of your synced app data.

If you buy FVeda Plus, Paddle is our merchant of record and payment provider. Paddle processes your billing details, payment method, country, taxes, invoices, and subscription. FVeda receives identifiers and subscription status so it can unlock Plus, but never receives your full card number.

To delete your account and its data, use the contact below and we'll remove it.

FVeda issues its own learning credentials from activity recorded in the app. They are not issued or verified by an accrediting body, are not professional qualifications or licences, and do not guarantee employment or admission anywhere.

Publishing a public record is optional. If you choose to publish one, it shows the display name you supplied, the credential, its criteria, what it means, a short activity count, and the issue date. FVeda evaluates activity synced from your local app data; that activity is holder-controlled and not independently audited. FVeda also does not verify that the display name is your legal identity.

You can revoke a public record. The link will then identify the record as revoked and hide your display name and activity evidence.

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create one. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example, attacking the coach API or attempting to access others' data).

FVeda is provided free, as-is, and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features while the product is in active development. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, which, given that no real money can move through it, is mostly a reminder to treat everything here as practice.

FVeda Plus is optional. The price, billing period, currency, and applicable taxes are shown in Paddle Checkout before you pay. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled.

You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Paddle customer portal linked in your FVeda Account screen. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise.

If these terms change materially, the date below changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
