1. What FVeda is — and what it isn't
FVeda is an educational simulator. The $10,000 you trade with is virtual. No real money is ever deposited, invested, moved, or at risk inside FVeda. We are not a broker, a bank, an exchange, or an investment adviser, and nothing in the app opens a real trading account anywhere.
The budgeting feature is a notebook: you type in your own real-life income and spending to see them clearly. FVeda never connects to your bank and never touches the money you record.
2. Nothing here is financial advice
Lessons, Daily Pulse notes, market data, and the AI coach exist to teach concepts — how markets, risk, and money habits work. They are general education, not recommendations tailored to you.
The coach is deliberately built to never tell you to buy or sell any specific asset. If it ever appears to, treat that as a malfunction, not advice. For decisions about real money, talk to a licensed professional in your country.
3. The AI coach can be wrong
Coach replies are generated by AI language models. They can be outdated, incomplete, or simply incorrect, and they carry no guarantee of accuracy. Use them to build understanding, then verify anything important from primary sources.
4. Market data is for learning, not trading
Prices and charts come from free third-party sources (such as CoinGecko and Stooq), may be delayed or cached, and can be temporarily replaced by reference values when those sources are unavailable. They are good enough to learn with — never rely on them to time or execute real trades.
5. Your data
Without an account, everything you do — portfolio, lessons, streak, budget entries — is stored only in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data erases it. We can't see it.
If you create an account, that same data plus your email address is stored with our database provider (Supabase) so you can sign in from other devices. It is protected so that only your account can read or change it. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
To delete your account and its data, use the contact below and we'll remove it.
6. Accounts
Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create one. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example, attacking the coach API or attempting to access others' data).
7. Free service, honest limits
FVeda is provided free, as-is, and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features while the product is in active development. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the app — which, given that no real money can move through it, is mostly a reminder to treat everything here as practice.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date below changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
